When submitted requests with images please:
- Send a photo of the entire piece, the front and the back.
- Place a ruler or pen on the furniture to show scale of the item.
- Send a close up photo of any damage or special details of the piece.

An appointment is always necessary for any shop visit to assure that there will be a technician in the shop to greet you. On any given day, our personnel may be working on-site or visiting a client or picking up supplies.
